I try to like United, I really do, but this kind of things happens so often I just think they suck hairy balls and don't care at all for customers. Today we were informed by the boards that we should go to the Gate; on arrival there, a plane was not evident. I'm convinced that United believe that we should all be drugged, rolled in a carpet, and stuffed in the cargo hold.
