Dished out a little champagne and orange juice earlier today to celebrate a massive quarter recently. In my head, however, it's a continuation of my birthday celebration, also recent ;)
Yeah, the champagne flutes are a little non-traditional. But the point is, we have a loyal, dedicated and hard-working team - all of whom contribute to our victories, however small they may be. We should celebrate them. Together. It's human. And it works.
Huzzah teammates! You know who you are. ✌
Sidenote: I'm glad I work for a company where this kind of thing (a little mimosa/bucks fizz breakfast) is ok. Any company where it's not, and there's way too many, is forever on my shit list for focusing on the wrong things.
