If like me, you love living on wood or tile floors (it's better for your feet, let alone asthma, allergies, and generally lower dust / heavy metal counts) you probably also like to give them a sweep a couple of times a week in order to keep dust, pet hair, and other crud you walk in on your shoes, at a minimum. Re-use the cloths, make your own, and clean the filter regularly and you'll find you won't even be buying replacements much at all. For me, this thing is a time-saver by an order of magnitude.
