This is great, proactive customer service. Fwd: Plancast error fixed

Got this, without asking, from Plancast today. First time I'd logged back in after several months was yesterday - and immediately I ran into an error. 

Obviously Plancast have great metrics; they noticed, fixed it, and alerted those of us attempting to use the site during this period. Good stuff guys.

We noticed in our error logs that you were among a handful of users who ran into a problem while trying to complete the Plancast activation flow sometime within the last 12 hours.

Firstly, I wanted to say sorry for any frustrations that may have caused -- we made a coding mistake yesterday that caused that issue. Secondly, I wanted to let you know the error has been fixed so you can now access your account by going here:

Simply click the "Finish" link at the bottom of that page and you'll be taken to the homepage. Of course, I'd recommend you select a few categories first so you get the most out of our new design.
